Customer Delivery Manager

Opis:
A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Customer Delivery Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Managing relationships with clients, ensuring that accounts receivable is minimised and that all parties receive best in class experience. Lead and direct team to ensure strong efficiencies.

Wymagania:
A minimum of 4 years relevant experience, business focused, highly motivated and keen to develop existing skills in a professional, innovative and multi-cultural environment. Strong people management background is essential. Leasing experience would be advantageous however experience in a financial services organization or shared service environment is preferable.
Ability to demonstrate the following skills or competencies:
Fluency in English;
Strong customer centric background and service delivery focus;
Highly organised, with an ability to prioritise and effective time management;
Good numerical skills coupled with a experience of pricing and financial calculations;
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, suppliers and customers;
Good problem solving skills;
Good business sense, escalation judgement and awareness of risk and impact;
Reasonable level of PC and system skills;
Strong people management skills, with an ability to work effectively with remote teams.
