For our Client, international company with customer service center based in Krakow Business Park to meet its increasing demands, we are currently looking for candidate for the position of:
Training and Quality Consultant
You will be responsible for:
- Monitoring customer care activities and their results to ensure highest level of support
- Training and coaching the customer care team;
- Cooperating with customer care team to understand customer service procedures and processes;
- Monitoring quality of customer service, compliance with the procedures and escalating if necessary.
Wymagania:
University Degree;
- Fluent knowledge of German and English;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service;
- Some experience in delivering training or on compliance role;
- Knowledge of a GDS Systems would be an asset;
- Focusing on Clients needs;
- Very strong communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work to deadlines with a positive can-do attitude.
