Key Account Manager

Opis:
For our client, a major mutual funds company, we are looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Sales Executive
Main responsibilities include:
The main area of responsibility will be to execute strategy defined by Sales Manager.
Providing sales support to existing distributors in the region.
Forming a high level of relationship with the existing distributors by :
? Developing a deep understanding of the intermediaries distribution model.
? Forming excellent relationships with the distributors sales staff
? Ability to achieve aggressive sales targets across different business environments.
? Developing and training new distributors.
? Developing new product and sales ideas. Providing feedback information to Sales Manager.
? Good office administration skills.

Wymagania:
Requirements:
? Master or professional degree
? Experience in the Polish Fund industry, min 3 year experience.
? Minimum 3 years of hands on sales experience
? Financial services industry knowledge
? Excellent presentation skills
? Very good English knowledge
? Willingness to travel extensively in the region
? Ability to work on many different issues simultaneously and do also non sales related activities.
? Polish native speaker
? Driving license "B"
? Willingness to travel
