Telecommunication Specialist – Voice

Wymagania:
Acting as a Telecommunication Specialistyou will be responsible for managingand supporting current and future IP Telephony (IPT) deployments in various loactions in Europe. Apart from supporting network-based applications including telephony, voicemail, ACD, IVR and others, you will also administer and support Contact Centres of Interactive Intelligent and Cisco andsupport legacy systems like Seagull LegaSuite GUI (JWALK), I3, Lotus Notes and workflow systems.
Requirements:
- over 3 years of experience in IPT, IPT applications and Call Contact Centres,
– practical knowledge of Cisco IPT solutions: Cisco Unified Communication manager 7.x, Cisco Unified Communication manager Express, Cisco Unity and Unity Express,
– Cisco CCNP Voice andCisco CCIE Voice desirable,
– good understand of IPT protocols: SIP, SCCP, H323,
– fluency in English;
– willingness to travel.
