Call Center IT Helpdesk Analyst

Opis:
For our Client, an international IT Outsourcing company openning its BPO center in Poznań, we are currently looking for candidate for the position of IT Helpdesk Analyst.
As a person hire on this position you will be responsible for supporting, advising and solving IT problems of clients.
You will be providing first and second-line investigation and diagnostics.

Wymagania:
To be successful on this position you need to have:
- at least 0,5 year of professional experience in supporting IT end users (internal or external)
- experience in solving IT problems e.g. password/log in issues, network connectivity, VPN Connection issues, printing problems and basic hardware issues
- very good knowledge of English and one of the following language: German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Dutch, Russian, Korean, Swedish
-excellent Customer Service skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
