For our Client, global provider of business processes outsourcing solutions, supporting different companies worldwide we are currently looking for:
BPO HR Process Manager
Location: Wroclaw
BPO HR Process Manager will:
Managing a team of 40 people,
Personnel development in order to improve efficiency and quality of customer service, provides training/coaching when needed,
Development and implementation of strategies of process improvement to achieve high level of service provided for the client,
Process management in order to identify and improve gaps;,
Assurance of appropriate and timely reporting.
Wymagania:
We expect you to have:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in BPO or SSC, with at least 3 years on a similar position,
Very good experienced in team management, with great skills to build internal relations, motivate, evaluate and develop subordinates,
Fluent German,
At least very good English command,
Customer service orientation and great ability to build relations with Business Partners,
Great problem solving skills along with ability to work under stress,
Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
